White Stripes/Raconteurs rocker Jack White and his model wife Karen Elson have welcomed their first child. The little girl, named Scarlett Teresa, was born in Tennessee on Tuesday May 2nd. Her middle name is in honor of Jack's mother.

Bruce Willis believes he will die a bachelor - because he can't commit to one woman.

The 'Die Hard' star - who has had a string of failed romances since splitting from ex-wife Demi Moore in 2000 - thinks he will be single for the rest of the days because he's so bad at relationships.

He said: "I'm going to go out a bachelor. Truth is, I have doubts about my ability to maintain a relationship necessary for a marriage to work.

"If I know anything about myself, I know that."

Earlier this year, Willis confessed he dreams of having more children.

The 50-year-old - who has three daughters from his marriage to Moore - told US TV show 'Access Hollywood': "I want to have more kids."

Willis, who previously admitted he isn't sure if he wants to tie the knot again, also insists he is still a good catch.

He said: "I've got a great sense of humour and it's still all working, working well."

Tom Cruise and fiancee Katie Holmes have signed a
£22 million pre-nuptial agreement.

The Hollywood couple - who welcomed their baby daughter, Suri, into the world last month - spent weeks thrashing out the details of the financial agreement, which determines who gets which assets if they ever split.

An £8 million trust has been set up for Katie and her baby regardless of whether the couple wed.

But if they do marry and later divorce, the 'Batman Begins' beauty will receive an extra
£14 million from Cruise.

The pair have reportedly decided to get married this July now their pre-nup has been finalised, according to reports.

Katie's parents - who were thought to be worried about the haste of their daughter's romance and the fact she embraced Cruise's Scientology beliefs - are said to be happier about the marriage now she will be taken care of financially.

A source said: "Katie's family have always been very sceptical about their romance. They were shocked that Katie got pregnant so quickly and didn't like the way she had turned her back on Catholicism for Scientology.

"But now this deal has been sorted out they are at least relieved that Katie and her baby will be financially secure for life, even if she doesn't marry Tom."

Mike Skinner says promoting his new album has been depressing because its all about his problems.

The Streets' recent The Hardest Way to Make An Easy Living, true to Skinner's real-life-story style, talks honestly about his weaknesses and the issues he has faced with growing fame.

One unexpected result of that honesty, says the singer, has been to make press interviews about the records' content very hard on him psychologically.

"It's been difficult," he admitted. "I've felt quite foolish at times. It's been a difficult album to promote because I've essentially just been talking about all my problems.

"I'm essentially having to have – I don't know whether you'd call it counselling, but I've been talking about my problems 10 times a day to people that I don't know. But I know it's my own fault."

The star says he's sticking by his openness policy, however, and is managing to hold on. "I stay honest, and that seems to do me all right," he explained. "Putting yourself on the line actually makes people react to you better."

Denise Richards has said that she only got together with Richie Sambora after his split with Heather Locklear.

The actress says that her friendship with Locklear and Locklear's relationship with Sambora were well over before she started dating the Bon Jovi star.

Speaking to TMZ, Denise said: "I wish Heather well and happiness and it's really unfortunate that it's gotten to this point and Heather knows why we aren't friends.

"I don't want to get into all of that, but I wish her well and she knows that there was nothing that happened during either marriage and unfortunately our friendship had to dissolve."

Billie Piper has signed a six-figure deal to write her autobiography for an autumn release.

Editorial director Nick Davies at Hodder & Stoughton, which will publish the book, is confident in its success.

Madonna thrilled thousands of fans at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival Sunday, even as she brought a mainstream feel to the traditionally edgy event.

A sobbing Teri Hatcher opened up to Oprah Winfrey about years of sexual abuse she suffered at the hands of her uncle.

In her first TV interview on the subject since revealing in March that she had been molested as a child, the Desperate Housewives star also saw a video message from the family of teenager Sarah Van Cleemput, who committed suicide after being abused by the same man.

Hatcher, who went to prosecutors in 2002 with her own story after hearing about the 14 year old’s case, tearfully told the chat show host the worst thing she recalled about the ordeals.

“He was touching me and he said to me, ’Doesn’t this feel good?’,” Hatcher explained.

“It is something that I’ve really struggled with, because… if I let sex feel good, if I let sex be what a woman should have with a man that she cares about, then somehow he was right.”

Hatcher said her uncle, Richard Stone, molested her for three years, starting when she was five years old.

After she went to police he pleaded guilty to four counts of child molestation in Sarah’s case and was jailed for 14 years.

Socialite turned reality star NICOLE RICHIE has been the center of eating disorder rumors, which she now addresses in the upcoming issue of Vanity Fair, on stands this week.

"I know I'm too thin right now, so I wouldn't want any young girl looking at me and saying, 'That's what I want to look like,'" she tells the sleek mag. "I do know that they will, which is another reason I really do need to do something about it. I'm not happy with the way I look right now."

The 24-year-old tells Vanity Fair she doesn't know what the scale reads, but it's less than when she first co-starred on "The Simple Life." Nicole blames the drastic drop on stress -- including last winter's breakup with former fiancé DJ AM.

"She dealt with that by not eating and her weight went down, which she couldn't afford at that point," says Vanity Fair's LESLIE BENNETTS.

Nicole's headline-making weight set off a feeding frenzy in the media and she's now working with a doctor, a psychiatrist, a nutritionist and a trainer and says she gets weighed once a week.

Nicole, who tells Vanity Fair she doesn't believe she's anorexic, isn't keeping anything secret, even asking her team to go against patient confidentiality and talk about her struggle to gain weight.

One of her doctors told Vanity Fair, "If it's not anorexia, she should be able to gain the weight," he said. "If it ends up being anorexia, we'll help her with that."

Nicole says the scale is slowly creeping upward. "I have gained weight since I was my thinnest," she tells the magazine.

The family of 35-year-old Army veteran Keith Bender have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the estate of rapper Proof, who police say shot Bender before he was killed.

Proof, whose real name was Deshaun Holton, died April 11, the day of the early morning gun battle at the CCC nightclub. Bender was hospitalized in critical condition and died a week later.

Proof "violently assaulted and battered (Bender), culminating with the infliction of a gunshot injury that caused the death of Mr. Bender," according to the lawsuit filed Monday by Bender's wife, Jacqueline, and his mother, Leona.

A message seeking comment was left for Proof's lawyer, David Gorosh.

Police have said Bender's cousin, Mario Etheridge, who helped with security at the club, shot Proof. Etheridge has been charged with carrying a concealed weapon and discharging a firearm in a building in the incident.

Etheridge's lawyer, Randall Upshaw, said last week that Proof was drunk and angry about a game of pool when he approached Bender at the club. The two argued and were separated, and Proof returned with a gun, pistol-whipped Bender and then shot him in the face, Upshaw said.

"It is shameful that Mr. Holton is being lauded as a hero and martyr, when, in fact, it was his own criminalistic conduct that not only led to his death, but took the life of an honorable, innocent man," Michael Cafferty, a lawyer for Bender's family, said in a statement.

The Mummy star Brendan Fraser has become a father again. The actor's wife, Afton Smith, gave birth to the child - who's gender hasn'tbeen revealed - at Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Fraser, 37 - who also starred in the Oscar winning movie Crash - married Smith in 1998. They already have two sons together - Griffin, three, and two-year old Holden.
