Elvis Presley had a one-night stand with movie queen Marilyn Monroe it was revealed last night.
Presley, then 21, secretly set up the liaison at a hotel in 1956, said his former agent Byron Raphael.
He said: "Elvis called me and told me 'I want you to pick up Marilyn.'
When he saw her they came together and started kissing."
After just two minutes Elvis and Marilyn, who was 10 years older than the singer disappeared into the room. Raphael dozed off but woke up when they emerged again together - naked.
He said Marilyn was wed to playwright Arthur Miller at the time, so he "never said a word."
But Elvis apparently told him afterwards: "She's a nice gal but a little tall for me."
