Good Charlotte singer Joel Madden is reportedly facing police questioning after an incident with a photographer outside the L.A. restaurant Mr Chow.
According to the Beverly Hills Police Department the female photographer filed a report in which she claimed that Madden struck her on the left breast whilst escorting his girlfriend, Nicole Richie, from the restaurant to his car.
Footage of the incident has appeared online and shows the singer repeatedly saying "Get out of the way" before brushing past the photographer.
The band's spokesperson is yet to comment on the incident.
