Lovebirds Jessica Simpson and John Mayer continue their romance in Rome on Saturday with a shopping trip to Yves Saint Laurent and a dinner date.
Right before dinner, Jessica signed a few autographs for fans as the singer couple left their luxurious suite at Hotel De Russie.
